This role is for an Assistant Grower at a family-owned wholesale plant nursery in Mangrove Mountain, NSW, where you’ll support daily plant production and care under the head grower. It involves hands-on horticulture tasks such as irrigation, propagation, monitoring plant health, crop preparation and managing greenhouse environments, with on-the-job training and development in a supportive team environment. The position is full time and suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work, has a strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in plants.
